Film submissions

Cookies and analytics

Our website may use essential cookies required for the site to function correctly, including session cookies used to process contact forms securely. Server logs

Contact form submissions are kept for up to 12 months from the date of submission, after which they are securely deleted. Partnership enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months to allow for ongoing festival planning cycles. Server logs are deleted after 30 days.

If you ask us to delete your data sooner we will do so within 30 days, unless we are required by law to retain it.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. Our website uses HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. Access to stored enquiry data is restricted to authorised festival staff only.
