Partnership enquiry form
When you submit a partnership enquiry we collect your full name, email address, organisation name and the partnership tier you have expressed interest in, along with the contents of your message.
Film submissions
Film submissions are handled through FilmFreeway, an independent third-party platform. WFF does not directly collect or store submission data on this website. Please refer to FilmFreeway's privacy policy for details of how your submission data is handled.
Cookies and analytics
Our website may use essential cookies required for the site to function correctly, including session cookies used to process contact forms securely. We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies or tracking cookies. If this changes we will update this policy and seek your consent where required.
Server logs
Our hosting provider automatically records standard server log data including IP addresses, browser type and pages visited. This data is used solely for security monitoring and is retained for a maximum of 30 days.

We use your personal data only for the purposes for which it was collected. Specifically we use contact form data to respond to your enquiry, partnership enquiry data to evaluate your interest and respond, and server log data to maintain site security.

For contact and partnership enquiries the basis is your freely given consent, which you provide by checking the consent box on each form. How Long We Keep Your Data
Contact form submissions are kept for up to 12 months from the date of submission, after which they are securely deleted. Partnership enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months to allow for ongoing festival planning cycles. Server logs are deleted after 30 days.
If you ask us to delete your data sooner we will do so within 30 days, unless we are required by law to retain it.
Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. Our website uses HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. Access to stored enquiry data is restricted to authorised festival staff only.
